SHIPPING

Items in stock are shipped within 1 to 3 days of payment by Royal Mail First Class for orders placed in the UK.

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order and return the unused item for a full refund. To do this you must contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact me in writing and I ill organise a refund or cancel the order if it has been paid for.

Please add all the details of the order when you contact me: date of order, email address used to place the order, item name, quantity and price.

If the items aren't faulty you will be responsible for the return cost. The refund will however include the outward cost of postage and it will be provided within 14 days of receiving the returned items or within 14 days of receiving evidence that the retuned goods have been posted, whichever is soonest.

FAULTY GOODS

You are entitled to return goods if they develop any fault up to six months from receiving them. Depending on the circumstances you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement or a full refund. 

Please contact me to let me know what the fault is so I can sort the problem out.

LOST GOODS

If the item of jewellery is lost in transit, I will provide a refund or re-deliver the same item. Please contact me to report the lost item.
